Just recently discovered this place and it is outstanding. I have eaten there twice and the service has been excellent both times with my coffee cup never reaching empty before being refilled multiple times. They have the best corn beef hash I have had in California and the second best I have encountered in all of my travels. Check it out.

This place is a fun, fellowshippy vibe A place to grab food and hang out with pals. My friend Annette had suggested checking it out as she was working there that day. My first time stepping into this place was July 14th, 2023 (tomorrow would be 1 year since haha), but I remember it like it was yesterday. I walked in with a mission as I sat on the far right back of the room. I was craving Au Jus and a Roll, so I ordered the Ultimate Beef Dip after a quick look at the menu. The sandwich and roll came out in ~15 min. Nina was waiting tables that day and she was a pleasure to speak with. She had checked on me 2 times. That day, there were 2 other tables there, one large group with 8-10 older ladies and gentlemen to the right closer to the front (that mentioned they met weekly at this spot which was fun) and a couple on the left side of the room, parallel to me. Nina was friendly, helpful, and accommodating (for EVERYONE in the restaurant). She had a smiley and welcoming personality. Which makes me want to go back again haha 7in X 2.5in x 2 French Roll (yes I measured it) I ate the whole thing in 11 bites 300-400 chews per bite. [I invite y'all to close your eyes if when you chew to give your undivided attention to the flavors] Au jus was mwah. Exactly the amount of flavor I was hoping for. Would recommend. Our server Nina was great. As for the food- Large portions with fast service! My friend ordered the Chilaquiles and it was delicious. Tender carnitas with scrambled eggs and thick crisp tortilla chips smothered in verde sauce- 5 stars I had the veggie scramble with harsh browns and a pancake- 4.5 stars Yay! I was pleasantly surprised..the hash browns were golden brown and not greasy! Finally a restaurant that sautéed the veggies correctly before combining them with the scrambled eggs. My one minor constructive criticism my eggs could have been a wee bit fluffier.

This place is spectacular! Such a welcoming environment & your coffee cup won't ever stay empty. The quiche is my recommendation but you also won't go wrong with the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros either. If you're in the mood for an omelette or yummy French toast , they have specialties too! The owner is so friendly and if you listen closely, you'll hear the chicken call when the orders ready!

Wow!!! Has this place changed. It use to be good food and good service and now it's amazing food with amazing service!!! My wife and I had not been here in over a year but we will be back soon. The food is incredible and very, very, very flavorful. The chicken fried steak is a huge portion. The omelette was very good and light and fluffy. The service was spot on as well. Very attentive and friendly. We will be going back soon.

This place has really good food, both omelette we ordered were both good as well as the strawberry stuffed French toast! Good service! Great food! Definitely recommend!

I was immediately seated on an early Sunday morning. Easy to find location. Look for the orange awning. Not much parking in a strip mall but it was OK since the businesses around weren't busy. My server was Nina and she was friendly. Decor is bright and and love the diner mural. Their outside patio is nice with a warm heaters. Even the cooks hums the songs playing on the speakers ;) The food is presented nicely. This is elevated Mexican food. The tortilla is extra crispy which remains crunchy throughout the meal. Nice! Carnitas are tender. This is one of two locations. The other in Costa Mesa.

Nina is amazing and friendly. My first server was Kathy. They told me to sit wherever I wanted. I was recommended this restaurant by my mechanic and they did not disappoint. Everything is made really well. They do special requests like, well done Hashbrowns and Corn Beef Hash. Lastly, the extra butter on my Wheat Toast. The coffee is really good. It has a delayed caffeine kick in, but it's a good sipper if you're trying to past time. Corn Beef hash was crunchy, salty, and filling. Hashbrowns were crispy on top, and soft on the inside. I love mixing my over easy eggs with my Hashbrowns. They have pop music playing in the ground. There's a huge orange front, so you won't miss the restaurant. Lots of locals eat here daily. Nina really holds it down by serving, and cleaning the front of the house. Finally, the comfy cushioned chairs. I almost fell asleep multiple times during my stay.
